    CCG-203586 is a potent, CNS-active Glucosylceramide synthase (GCS) inhibitor with IC50 of 27 nM.
    CCG-203586 inhibits GlcCer production in whole wild-type MDCKII cells with IC50 of 15.3 nM, has little to no apparent recognition by MDR1.
    CCG-203586 significantly and dose-dependently decreases brain glucosylceramide content after intraperitoneal administration in mice.
