Biological Activity
CDD-1274 is a small molecule degrader of wild type and mutant estrogen receptor with IC50 of 1 uM for ERα Y537S and D538G LBDs, induces WT and Y537S ERα degradation through the 26S proteasome pathway.
CDD-1274 blocks a subset of E2-induced genes at the transcriptional level.
CDD-1274 degrades WT ERα and constitutively active ERα mutants and blocks ER signaling in MCF-7 cells
CDD-1274 decreases levels of ERα and its targets in palbociclib-resistant WT and Y537S MCF-7 cells.
