Biological Activity

CDD-3290 (CDD3290) is a specific small molecule inhibitor of prostate-specific antigen (PSA; KLK3) with Ki of 216 nM.
CDD-3290 shows minimal inhibitory activity against elastase (Ki = 1.18 mM) and is 12.7-fold less potent against α-chymotrypsin (Ki = 2.74 μM).
CDD-3290l exhibits similar inhibition against thrombin (Ki = 0.411 μM).
