    CMAP compound 7 (CMAP7) is a potent, small molecule Hedgehog pathway inhibitor with EC50 of 0.01 uM, blocks pathway signaling in a Smo-independent manner, activates GPR39.
    CMAP compound 7 (CMAP7) inhibits Gli-activated Hh pathway signaling.
    GPR39 mRNA levelsby siRNA knockdown is sufficient to decrease the potency of CMAP7 in the Hh pathway luciferase assay.
