CP21R7 is a high-affinity, selective GSK3β inhibitor with IC50 of 1.8 nM, activates canonical Wnt signaling.
CP21R7 also shows inhibitory activitiy against PKCα with IC50 of 1.9 uM.
CP21R7 promotes rapid and efficient differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into vascular endothelial and smooth muscle cells.
