CPI644 (CPI-644) is a potent, selective, cell-active CREBBP/EP300 bromodomain inhibitor with IC50 of 0.18 uM for CREBBP.
CPI644 displays little to no (>400-fold selectivity) activity for BRD9, BRD4, BRPF1, TRIM24, BRG1 and BACF (IC50>10 uM).
CPI644 inhibits CBP bromodomain binding in a dose-dependent manner with cellular EC50 of 0.53 uM,.
CPI644 reduces FOXP3 expression both at protein and transcript levels with no appreciable effect on cell viability.
