Biological Activity

CSH-4044 is a potent, specific, dual PIM and DYRK families of kinases inhibitor with IC50 of 6.0 nM and 24.8 nM for PIM3 and DYRK2 respectively.
CSH-4044 (10 uM) reduces Tau phosphorylation at three residues, Tau S212, S202/T205 and T231 in in MiaPaCa-2 cells.
CSH-4044 suppresses PIM3-driven BAD phosphorylation in pancreatic cancer cells and reduced DYRK1A-mediated Tau phosphorylation in neuronal cells.
