Biological Activity
CT7439 (CT-7439) is a potent, selective and oral cyclin-dependent kinases CDK12/CDK13 inhibitor and monovalent glue degrader of cyclin K (CCNK), inhibites OV-90 cell growth with IC50 of 4.4 nM.
CT7439 inhibits DDR genes (BRCA1, ERCC4, RAD51C and POLQ).
CT7439 exhibits a strong combination activity between CT7439 and the PARP inhibitors Olaparib, Niraparib and AZD10530 as well as the carboplatin in OV-90 cellular confluency assay.
