CTX-712 is an orally available and highly potent cdc2-like kinase (CLK) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.4 nM (CLK2).
CTX-712 strongly inhibits phosphorylation of multiple SR proteins including SRSF3, SRSF4, SRSF5, and SRSF6 that bind to SRSF2.
CTX-712 exhibits anti-leukemic activities both in vitro and in vivo, targeting myeloid neoplasms with SRSF2 mutation.
