CU-CPT17e is a multi-TLR agonist withEC50 of 4.8 μM, 13.4 μM and 5.7 μM for strong NF-κB activation on hTLR 3, 8 and 9 respectively.
CU-CPT17e shows negligible or no NF-κB activation via hTLR 2, 4, 5 and 7.
CU-CPT17e also exhibits significant cytotoxic activity, inhibiting the growth of cervical HeLa cancer cells (IC50 = 2.7 μM) by inducing apoptosis.
