Biological Activity

CVN14 is a potent, selective, uncompetitive and brain-penetrant CD38 inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM and 2 nM for human and mouse CD38 respectively.
CVN14 exhibits no significant inhibition of CD157, PARP1, NAMPT or SIRT1 at 30 uM.
CVN14 inhibits cellular CD38 in CHO cells overexpressing recombinant human CD38 using ε-NAD fluorescence with IC50 of 19 nM.
CVN14 binds to hCD38 with SPR KD of 3.6 nM.
