CX815 (NSC 120213) is a potent, selective CXCR2 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.4 nM.
CX815 displays>1,000-fold selectivity over CXCR4 (IC50>50 uM).
CX815 inhibits cell proliferation of H1299 and H460 cells with IC50 of 3.5 and 4.1 uM in MTT assays.
