Biological Activity

CYP1B1 inhibitor B20 is a potent, highly selective CYP1B1 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.48 nM, does not inhibit CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 (IC50>80 uM).
B20 has negligible effects on other CYP isoforms (IC50 > 10 μM).
B20 exerts its effect by competing with substrates for binding to the CYP1B1 active site.
B20 enhances the sensitivity of A549/T cells to Taxol.
B20 significantly inhibits the migration and invasion of A549/T cells.
