Biological Activity

CZL-149 is a highly potent, orally bioavailable dual inhibitor targeting BET and p300/CBP bromodomains with IC50 of 10.5 nM and 13 nM for p300 and BRD4 BD1 respectively.
CZL-149 inhibits multiple myeloma OPM-2 cells with IC50 of 3.3 nM.
CZL-149 demonstrated antitumor efficacy (TGI=78%) and safety in vivo, outperformed NEO2734.
