ClpP agonist TR-57 is a potent small molecule agonist of mitochondrial ClpP protease with KD value of 15.5 nM.
TR-57 exhibits the growth inhibition with a ClpP-dependent manner in both MDA-MB-231 and HEK293 T-REx cells.
TR-27 induces ClpP-dependent proteolysis on the N-terminome of the proteome in MDA-MB-231 cells.
