Biological Activity

D34-919 is a small-molecule inhibitor that potently disrupts the ALDH1A3-PKM2 interaction, preventing the ALDH1A3-mediated enhancement of PKM2 tetramerization, binds to PKM2.
D34-919 effectively prevents the resistance to TMZ and radiotherapy caused by overexpression of ALDH1A3 and PKM2 in N33 cells.
D34-919 enhances radio- and chemotherapy sensitivity to suppress the growth of intracranial xenograft tumors in mice.
D34-919 increases the chemoradiotherapy sensitivity of glioblastoma organoids and brain tumors in vivo.
