DCEM1 binds to the apical domain of HSP60.
DCEM1 did not alter the protein levels of UPRmt components including HSP60, HSP10, ClpP and LONP1 in most of PCa cells and normal prostate epithelial cells, and in human embryonic HEK-293 cells.
