Biological Activity

DDO-3055 is a potent, selective prolyl hydroxylase (PHD) inhibitor with IC50 of 64.2 nM toward PHD2, 29- and 2.6-fold selective over PHD1 and PHD3.
DDO-3055 has 156-fold more selectivity for PHD2 over typical JmjC-KDMs such as KDM3A, KDM4A, and KDM6B.
DDO-3055 stabilizes HIF-α and upregulated the expression and secretion of EPO in Hep3B cells.
DDO-3055 alleviates anemia in a cisplatin-induced anemia mouse model with an oral dose of 25 mg/kg.
