DIMATE shows selective cytotoxicity in leukemic population enriched in LSCs, with no cytotoxicity for healthy hematopoietic stem cells.
DIMATE promotes the accumulation of apoptogenic aldehydes leading to apoptosis and tumor growth inhibition in xenograft mouse models.
