DS-1093a (0.3, 1, and 3 mg/kg, oral) showed an increase in hemoglobin (Hgb) levels in rats with adenine-induced renal anemia.
DS-1093ahas a wide safety margin with potent in vitro activity and an optimal pharmacokinetic profile, compared with DS44470011.
