DSHN-OMe significantly reduced the outgrowth of established 4T1 metastatic lesions as a single agent.
DSHN-OMe also significantly reduced metastatic burden in mice grafted with EMT6 cells, an alternative murine mammary cancer model.
DSHN-OMe decreased FOXP3 expression in EMT6 metastatic lungs models.
NR0B2 is a protein involved in cholesterol homeostasis, functions within myeloid immune cells to modulate the NLRP3 inflammasome and reduce the expansion of immune-suppressive regulatory T cells (Treg).
