DX600 (DX-600) is a potent, specific peptide inhibitor of Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) with Ki of 2.8 nM.
DX600 exhibits non-competitive type of inhibition and not inhibit ACE activity.
DX600 is a useful tool compound in elucidation of ACE2 in vivo function, as well as the recent SARS CoV-2 viral entry via huamn ACE2.
