Dalpiciclib (SHR6390) is an orally bioavailable, small molecule CDK4/6 inhibitor, strongly inhibits tumor proliferation of ESCC in vitro and in vivo.
SHR6390 inhibits the proliferation of retinoblastoma‐positive tumor cell lines, inhibits the CDK4/6‐RB pathway and induces G1‐phase cell cycle arrest and cellular senescence.
HR6390 combined with PTX or CDDP offered synergistic inhibitory effects in ESCC xenografts.
