Disulfiram (Tetraethylthiuram disulfide) is a specific inhibitor of aldehyde-dehydrogenase (ALDH1) with IC50 of 0.13 uM for ALDH1A1 and 3.4 uM for ALDH2, also inhibits USP2 and USP21 with IC50 of 25.0 and 3.7 uM respectively.

Disulfiram (Tetraethylthiuram disulfide) is a specific inhibitor of aldehyde-dehydrogenase (ALDH1) with IC50 of 0.13 uM for ALDH1A1 and 3.4 uM for ALDH2, also inhibits USP2 and USP21 with IC50 of 25.0 and 3.7 uM respectively.
Disulfiram also inhibits gasdermin D (GSDMD) pore formation in liposomes and inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis and IL-1β secretion in human and mouse cells.
