Biological Activity

E745-0011 is a small molecule inhibitor of tumor necrosis factor-α-induced protein 8-like 3 (TNFAIP8L3, TIPE3), exhibits potent anti-tumor activities.
E745-0011 induces a dose-dependent decrease in the viability of HT-29 cells and LoVo cells, with IC50 values of 15-20 uM, respectively.
E745-0011 is effective against colon-cancer-derived cell lines in vitro while having no toxicity to normal human primary cells.
