Biological Activity

ETC-6152 is a potent, specific and covalent E2 ubiquitin ligase UBE2T inhibitor with IC50 of 0.22 uM, targets Cys86 of UBE2T and shows selectivity on UBE2T over UBE2K.
ETC-6152 inhibited the HTRF signal in E1-E2T assay with IC50 of 0.16 uM.
ETC-6152 shows weakly inhibiton against UBE2K (IC50=49.4 uM).
ETC-6152 targets UBE2T on accepting the ubiquitin transfer from UBE1 in the ubiquitylation cascade.
