Biological Activity

A potent and selective, orally bioavailable JAK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 2 nM; displays >10-fold selectivity over JAK1, JAK3 and Tyk2, and 56 other tyrosine and serinethreonine kinases; inhibits proliferation of SET-2 and UKE-1 cells with IC50 of 177 and 146 nM respectively; effectively treats thrombocytosis and extramedullary hematopoiesis in a murine model of myeloproliferative neoplasm induced by MPLW515L.
