                        Eeyarestatin I (Eeyarestatin 1, ESI, ES1) is a potent endoplasmic reticulum-associated protein degradation (ERAD) inhibitor, targets the p97-associated deubiquitinating process (PAD) and inhibits atx3-dependent deubiquitination, inhibits Sec61 translocon.
Eeyarestatin I (Eeyarestatin 1, ESI, ES1) inhibits Sec61-dependent Ca(2+) homeostasis and protein translocation into the ER.
Eeyarestatin I (Eeyarestatin 1, ESI, ES1) induces cell death via the proapoptotic protein NOXA and has anticancer effects.
Eeyarestatin I (Eeyarestatin 1, ESI, ES1) inhibits the valosin-containing protein (p97/VCP), exhibits potent virucidal activity against the flaviviruses.
Eeyarestatin 1 (ES1) inhibits p97-dependent protein degradation, Sec61-dependent protein translocation into the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and vesicular transport within the endomembrane system.
