Evodiamine ((+)-Evodiamine) is a natural alkaloid derived from Evodiae Fructus with promising antitumor activity, is a heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) inhibitor, also exhibits a potential binding interaction with Dickkopf 2 (DKK2), suppresses the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in osteosarcoma cells, suppresses cancer cell proliferation through the induction of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
