Biological Activity

FIIN-3 is a selective, next-generation, covalent dual FGFR/EGFR inhibitor (IC50=1-60 nM).
FIIN-3 potently inhibits the proliferation of cells dependent upon the gatekeeper mutants of FGFR1 or FGFR2, also inhibits EGFR and EGFR (L858R).
FIIN-3 inhibits proliferation of the SKOV-3 cells with an EC50 of 499 nM.
