FT-1101 is a potent pan-BET bromodomain inhibitor that displays equipotent inhibition for BRD2, BRD3, BRD4, and BRDT with Kd < 20 nM.
FT-1101 displays potent anti-proliferative activity across a broad panel of human leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma cell lines, with 66 out of 123 cell lines having IC50 < 500 nM (IC50=40 nM, MV-4-11 cells).
FT-1101 down-regulates MYC gene and protein expression.
FT-1101 significantly tumor growth in the MV-4-11 xenograft model; orally bioavtive.
