Fascaplysin chloride shows antiproliferative activity against retinoblastoma-positive tumor cells, blocking retinoblastoma phosphorylation and inducing G1 arrest.
Fascaplysin chloride induces PPARγ-1α deacetylation with IC50 of 0.7 uM.
