GAPDS is a small molecule that targets the glycolytic enzyme glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH).
GAPDS significantly reduces cellular ATP, shows greater toxicity against cancer cells compared to 6-OHDA, also selectively inhibits cell migration and invasion.
GAPDS reduces GAPDH levels in the cytoplasm, and has potent anticancer activity in vivo.
