GPR56 agonist 36 activates GPR56 F385A/M389A and GPR56 L388A/M389A double TA mutant holoreceptors.
GPR56 agonist 36 shows exclusive specificity for GPR56 in a small panel of adhesion GPCRs and two class A GPCRs. ADGRG5/GPR114, ADGRG3/GPR97, and ADGRG1/GPR56 are from the same adhesion GPCR subfamily.
