Biological Activity

GPR83 antagonist CPD25 is a potent, selective GPR83 antagonist with IC50 of 7 nM.
CPD25 dose dependently decreases the increases in intracellular Ca+2 levels mediated by 100 nM mPEN in CHO cells stably expressing GPR83.
CPD25 enhances morphine antinociception in mice.
