    Biological Activity

    Compound 837 (GPR84 antagonist) is a highly potent (affinity, 1 nM), selective antagonist of both orthosteric and allosteric activators of GPR84.
    Compound 837 is able to fully block activation of human GPR84 promoted by each of 2-HTP and 6-OAU in [35S]GTPγS binding assays.
    Compound 837also fully reversed activation of human GPR84 produced by 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM), also forskolin-amplified cAMP levels produced by both 2-HTP and 6-OAU.
