GW782415W (GW782415) is a potent, specific CCR3 antagonist, inhibits chemotaxis of human and murine eosinophils pKi of 8.08 and 7.85, respectively.
GW782415W ablates both the early and late phase reactions in a mouse model of allergic conjunctivitis.
Systemic administration of GW782415X reduced spontaneous CNV in JR5558 mice and laser-induced CNV in mouse and primate models in a dose-dependent fashion.
