GY101 is a potent, selective TLR7 agonist, activates the TLR7/NF-κB signaling pathway with EC50 of 0.15 uM.
GY101 does not stimulate TLR8/NF-κB signaling even at 40 uM.
GY101 (0.1-20 uM) promotes the production of IL-6, IL-12, TNF-α and IFN-γ in a concentration-dependent manner in mouse spleen lymphocytes.
GY101 exerts no direct effect on tumor cells.
GY101 suppresses the growth of colon cancer in mice model of B16–F10 and 4T1 and activates the antitumor immune response.
GY101 increases the proportion of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells and promotes the polarization of macrophages to the M1 type.
