Gosogliptin (PF-734200, PF-00734200) is a potent, selective, competitive, orally active dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor with IC50 of 13 nM.
Gosogliptin demonstrates >200-fold selectivity over other members of the DPP family (DPP-2, DPP-3, DPP-8, and DPP-9) and the related serine proteases, FAP, aminopeptidase P, and propyl oligopeptidase.
Gosogliptin shows potential treatment for type 2 diabetes.
