Biological Activity

HHT-9041P1 is a potent and selective JAK1 inhibitor with IC50 of 612 nM, displays 10-, 23- and 63-fold selective over JAK2, JAK3 and TYK2.
HHT-9041P1 inhibits IL-6-induced phosphorylation of STAT1 and STAT3 in human CD3+ T cells and GM-CSF-induced STAT5 phosphorylation in CD14+ cells with IC50 of 0.078, 0.646 and 1.445 uM respectively.
HHT-9041P1 (1-10 mg/kg, p.o.) inhibits disease pathology in rat collagen-induced arthritis.
