Chemical Structure : HKi6
Catalog No.: PC-23287Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
HKi6 is a specific small-molecule HEG1-KRIT1 inhibitor (IC50=1.5 uM) by competing orthosterically with HEG1 for binding to the KRIT1 FERM domain, elevates KLF4 and KLF2 gene expression and increases Akt phosphorylation.

HKi6 (75 μM) significantly reduced the localization of EGFP‐KRIT1 to wild‐type HEG1 tail at the mitochondria, indicating that HKi6 disrupts the HEG1–KRIT1 interaction in living cells.
