HS-72 inhibits Hsp70i activity in a Huntington’s cell model and across multiple tumorigenic cell lines.
HS-72 causes degradation of HER2 and Akt.
HS-72 is bioavailable in vivo and reduces tumor growth in a spontaneous mouse mammary tumor model; also demonstrates anti-dengue virus activity.
