Biological Activity
HSP110 inhibitor C7 is a potent, second generation heat shock protein 110 (HSP110) inhibitor, inhibits STAT3 activation, inhibits colorectal cancer cells proliferation.
HSP110 inhibitor C7 effectively suppresses colorectal cell viability by inhibiting cell growth, with IC50 of 6.05 uM for SW480 cell line, 11.59 uM for HCT116 cells.
HSP110 inhibitor C7 inhibits IL-6-induced colorectal cancer cells migration, metastasis and EMT.
HSP110 inhibitor C7 (5 mg/kg, i.p.) daily for 30 days, inhibits colorectal tumor growth in HCT116 cell line xenografted nude mice model.
