HU-910 displays >250-fold selectivity over CB1 receptor.
HU-910 attenuates the TNFα-induced adhesion molecules expression in human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (HLSEC).
HU-910 attenuates hepatic ischaemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury.
