HeE1-2Tyr is a potent, nonnucleoside inhibitor of flavivirus RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) with IC50 of 1.5 uM and 3.4 uM for DENV3 and WNV RdRps, respectively, also is a SARS-CoV-2 RdRp with IC50 of 27.6 uM.
HeE1-2Tyr is a potent, nonnucleoside inhibitor of flavivirus RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) with IC50 of 1.5 uM and 3.4 uM for DENV3 and WNV RdRps, respectively, also is a SARS-CoV-2 RdRp with IC50 of 27.6 uM. HeE1-2Tyr inhibits an Ugandan strain of WNV with an IC50 = 2.1 uM, as well as all the four DENV serotypes, with IC50 ranging from 6.8 to 15 uM. HeE1-2Tyr inhibits clinical strains of YFV with IC50 values ranging from 3.9 to 12 uM. HeE1-2Tyr is a potent inhibitor of RdRp from Dengue virus (DENV), West Nile virus, and Yellow fever virus, all members of genus Flavivirus.
