IDOR-1117-2520 is a potent, selective CCR6 antagonist with IC50 of 62.9 nM for CCL20-mediated calcium flow inhibition in FLIPR calcium mobilization assay.
IDOR-1117-2520 shows no inhibitory activity at 10 μM for any of the tested related chemokine receptors (CCR5, CCR7, CCR8, CXCR2, CXCR3, CXCR4, CXCR5, and CXCR6).
IDOR-1117-2520 has IC50 of 20 nM in functional assay of receptor internalization (RI) performed in human whole blood.
IDOR-1117-2520 inhibits β-arrestin recruitment to human CCR6 induced by the addition of CCL20.
IDOR-1117-2520 (50 nM) inhibited cell migration toward CCL20 by 40 and 50% of the maximal migration for B cells and T cells, respectively.
