INCA-6 (Inhibitor of NFAT-calcineurin association 6) is a specific, cell-permeable nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) inhibitor, binds to calcineurin with high affinity (KD=0.8 uM) and specifically disrupts its interaction with NFAT.
INCA-6 (Inhibitor of NFAT-calcineurin association 6) is a specific, cell-permeable nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) inhibitor, binds to calcineurin with high affinity (KD=0.8 uM) and specifically disrupts its interaction with NFAT. INCA-6 (20 μM and 40 μM) inhibits activation of NFAT in Cl.7W2 T cells. INCA-6 inhibits NFAT dephosphorylation and nuclear export in T cells. INCA-6 (20 μM and 40 μM) inhibits the induction of NFAT-dependent cytokine mRNAs in Cl.7W2 T cells.
