Imipramine Blue effectively kills mutant FLT3-driven AML cells through a similar mechanism as thapsigargin (TG), involving increased cytosolic calcium, at 75-150 nM.
Imipramine Blue is a novel anti-invasive small molecule that inhibits invasion of glioma in vitro.
