InhiTinib is a small molecule that inhibit interferon (IFN)-gamma production (IC50=52.44 nM) and proliferation of primary CD3+ T cells without inducing cell death。
InhiTinib blocks IFN-gamma production from T cells co-cultured with allogeneic BMDCs in a one-way mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and inhibits T-cell proliferation in a CellTrace dilution assay without inducing apoptosis.
InhiTinib decreases IFN-gamma production from activated CB-derived human CD3+ T cells (IC50=1.5 uM).
InhiTinib triggered apoptosis in several murine and human cancer cell lines.
InhiTinib was well tolerated by immunocompetent mice, triggered tumor regression in animals with pre-established EL4 T-cell lymphomas, and prolonged the overall survival of mice harboring advanced tumors.
