Isatoribine (ANA245; 7-Thia-8-oxoguanosine; Immunosine) is a nucleoside analogue, selective agonist of TLR7 with significant antiviral effect and mmunoenhancing activity.
Isatoribine (ANA245) stimulates proliferation of thymocytes in vitro, stimulates IL-2 production and the expression of activation markers (CD25 and CD71).
Isatoribine (ANA245) reduces plasma virus concentration in chronic HCV infection。
Isatoribine (ANA245) also increase the efficacy of a weakly immunogenic murine L1210 leukemia vaccine in vivo.
